** Are your treat ingredients dog-friendly?

Yes - all our dog treat ingredients are dog-friendly. Some treats have carob in them, which does not contain caffeine or theobromine, the dangerous chemical to dogs that is found in chocolate. Carob is safe for your pup!

Our Yogurt Icing/Frosting is wheat-free, soy-free, preservative-free, contain no hydrogenated fats, or no palm oil. This dries firm/hard on biscuits and cakes.

No refrigeration is needed for the yogurt based icing/frosting.

**Note: Refrigeration and humidity may cause moisture that will cause the icing to become slightly tacky. Be sure to air dry again prior to stacking.

Our food coloring is all-natural (plant based) and dog-friendly. Some colors may vary in their shades. We do not use dyes to enhance coloring for the safety of your pups.

Sprinkles/Glitter - all are sugar-free!

Vitamin E Supplement- Our Vitamin E is a clean supplement sourced from sunflower seeds. Its a high concentration of Vitamin E, that helps to
promote a healthy coat.

** How do I store my treats?

Pup Pantry Staples: Our ingredients and baking combo allows our treats to stay fresh longer! Up to 6 months at room temperature in the
closed product bag then refrigerate or freeze. OR, place in a treat jar!

Pup “Icing” Biscuits: Store at room temperature for up to 2 months. These can also be refrigerated or frozen. Upon thawing allow it to air dry for 24 hours (the icing will be tacky at first). These also hold very nicely stored in a treat jar!

Peanut Butter Pup Cakes & Pupcakes : If not consumed within a day or 2 of purchase then we suggest - Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. After 3 days, freeze. If you need to preserve these longer place them in an air-tight container to freeze. Upon thawing allow it to air dry for 12-24 hours (the icing will be tacky at first). (These are most similar to a human dessert therefore over an extended period of time will mold if not frozen. Think of it like purchasing homemade bread from a bakery.)

Mini Cinnamon Rolls: These can be stored at room temperature for up to 30+ days. These also hold very well in a treat jar for quite some time!

Smoked Beef Marrow Bones: Store in a dry location where the bone can breathe (do not store wrapped in plastic) or anywhere it can gain moisture. If saving for a special occasion, wrap in wax paper and freeze. Thaw 12-24 hours in advance of giving to your pup.

Baked Pig Ears: Shelf life at room temperature 12-18 months.

Dehydrated treats: Store at room temperature up to 2 months. Avoid warm/humid storage locations.

FREE PICK-UP- Clayton Farm and Community Market and Holly Springs Farmers Market. ***All Farmers Markets we attend are Rain OR Shine. While it is rare, Markets can be closed down at the discretion of their Managers at any given time that lies outside of our control. If you have a scheduled pick-up at a designated Market that is closed due to a tropical storm, hurricane, etc we will contact you to reschedule your pick-up.***

** Are dog bakeries inspected and regulated?

Yes, they are regulated by the Agricultural Department and have certain requirements that must be met. These include treat lab testing, labeling requirements, registration of products, and inspections.

** Can I buy your treats in bulk?

If you are interested in ordering any of our products in bulk, please contact us directly at 3pupsbakery@gmail.com for pricing. Not all menu items are offered for bulk pricing.

** Return/Order Cancellation Policy-

All sales are final. If you have an issue with a treat please contact us directly to discuss. Any custom order (ie: cakes/cupcakes) must be cancelled
PRIOR to baking. Please call the Bakery (919-243-0118) for all Cancellations. If a custom order has already been baked it will NOT be refunded under
any circumstance as we cannot resell it. We appreciate your understanding.
